Home made Sushi Rolls

For expert sushi eaters and amateur sushi makers like myself, sushi making is very challenging but delicious to eat afterwards.

Ingredients

Sushi Rice:
  • 1 cup of Short Medium Grain White Rice
  • 1 2/3rd cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons White Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Nori (seaweed sheets)

Fillings:
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Imitation Crab
  • Asparagus (boiled)
  • Egg (cooked)
  • Avocado

Step-by-Step

1. Put one cup of rice and rinse with cold water, drain. Do several times. Put in 1 2/3rd cups of water, bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat for 17 minutes.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoons of whie rice wine vinegar.

3. Prepare the ingredients (smoked salmon, eggs, avocado, imitation crab, asparagus, cream cheese, etc.).

4. Wrap your sushi roller in seran wrap and place nori on top.

5. Dip your fingers in water and spread over nori (seaweed sheet). Line up your desired food at the edge and roll.
